Voor de ingebruikneming in de installatie zou de eerste keer draaien van de tandwielstroomdeler zonder belasting moeten plaatsvinden.
Grafieken en schakelschema's als schematische tekening ook geldig voor deze 4-voudige stroomdeler
Description
Deze stroomdelers zijn bedoeld voor de voeding van vier onafhankelijke hydraulische circuits met slechts één pomp.
Tolerantie ca. 3 %
Verschillende drukinstellingen per sectie mogelijk.
Ventielen instelbaar van 70 - 210 bar, andere instelbereiken op aanvraag.
Ombouw naar interne lekolieafvoer mogelijk - daarvoor moet de aansluiting T door middel van een blinde stop G1/2″ worden afgesloten (ombouw alleen aanbevolen na ruggespraak!).
Na de ombouw naar interne lekolieafvoer is de functie van nazuigventielen buiten werking gesteld.
Configuratie tandwielstroomdeler: qi = Q/z * 1000/n
qi = slokvolume / doorsnede [cm³]
Q = totale ingangsvolumestroom [l/min]
z = aantal secties
n = toerental [rpm]
