Die aufgeführten Druckwerte beziehen sich nur auf die Schlauchware.
Ab 50 °C ist der Druckminderungsfaktor zu beachten.
(Max. Betriebsdruck = Betriebsdruck x Faktor)
Temp.: 100 °C / 150 °C / 200 °C
Faktor: 0,95 / 0,90 / 0,83
Wenn die Schlauchleitung als Wasserdampfschlauch eingesetzt wird, beträgt der max. Betriebsdruck 14 bar (203 psi) und die max. Temperatur +250 °C (+482 °F)
Temperatur Korrekturfaktoren Wasserdampf:
Temp.: 20 °C / 100 °C / 150 °C / 200 °C
Faktor: 1,0 / 0,95 / 0,90 / 0,83.
Bei dynamischer Belastung sollte der Biegeradius mindestens verdoppelt werden. Der Radius sollte an die Bedingungen angepasst werden.
KTF-Schläuche besitzen keine Oberdecke und die Drähte sind nicht korrosionsgeschützt. Die Verwendung als lose Schlauchleitung ohne entsprechende Maßnahmen, die eine Korrosion der Drähte ausschließen, ist im Hinblick auf etwaige Verletzungsrisiken nicht zulässig und kann zum Ausfall der Schlauchleitung führen.
