Description
Für Kompressorenleistungen bis 3,5 m³/min. Warum Kondensataufbereitung? Bei der Erzeugung von Druckluft entsteht immer Kondenswasser. Die Kondensatmenge ist abhängig von der Größe und der Betriebszeit des Kompressors. Das Kondensat von ölgeschmierten Kompressoren kann bis zu 2000 mg Öl pro Liter Kondensat enthalten! Nach § 7a des Wasserhaushaltsgesetzes muss das Kondensat entsprechend dem Stand der Technik aufbereitet werden, wenn es in die öffentliche Abwasserentsorgung eingeleitet werden soll. Der Grenzwert liegt bei 20 mg Öl pro Liter Wasser. Wird das Kondensat nicht behandelt, muss es gesammelt und gegen Nachweis durch ein Fachunternehmen entsorgt werden. Der »drukosep« enthält das Kondensat durch eine Kombination aus Koaleszenz- und Aktivkohlefilter zuverlässig. Das gereinigte Wasser kann in die öffentliche Kanalisation eingeleitet werden - das Altöl sammelt sich im Kombifilter an und kann zusammen mit dem Filter entsorgt werden. Vorteile des »drukosep«: kompakte Bauweise, sichere Wand- oder Bodenmontage, 3-Stufen-Kombifilter, Testglas zur Prüfung des gereinigten Kondensats.
